These terms govern use of EduSamachar CG apps, website, paid access, content, and related services.
1. Acceptance
By using EduSamachar CG, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app, website, or paid services.
2. Service description
EduSamachar CG provides current affairs, news analysis, monthly content, tests, performance summaries, bookmarks, rankings, and related digital preparation features for CGPSC, Vyapam, and similar exam aspirants.
3. Independent educational product
EduSamachar CG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to CGPSC, Vyapam, any newspaper, or any government department. Official exam notices, dates, rules, and results should be verified from official sources.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details, OTPs, and device access secure. You must not share your paid account with unauthorized users or attempt to bypass subscription, entitlement, ranking, or test systems.
5. Plans and pricing
Website/Android pricing displayed on this website is ₹123 monthly and ₹1357 yearly. Platform-specific prices, taxes, store tiers, and purchase flows may differ where required by app store or platform rules.
6. Payments
Razorpay is the active gateway for supported website/Android payment flows. iOS/App Store purchases, where offered inside the iOS app, may be handled through Apple’s In-App Purchase system according to Apple platform requirements.
7. Subscription access
Paid access is linked to your account entitlement. Access may become active after payment confirmation and backend verification. If payment succeeds but access is not visible, contact support with payment details.
8. Content usage
All app content, summaries, test questions, explanations, UI, graphics, and digital material are protected. You may use them for personal preparation only. Copying, scraping, republishing, reselling, or bulk sharing is prohibited.
9. Test and ranking disclaimer
Scores, rankings, and performance summaries are provided for practice and self-assessment. They do not guarantee exam performance, selection, eligibility, or official rank in any examination.
10. Availability
We try to keep the service reliable, but app, website, payment gateway, hosting, internet, and third-party services may experience downtime, delay, or errors.
11. User conduct
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer systems, manipulate rankings, abuse referrals/offers, harass support, or violate applicable laws.
12. Suspension or termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, payment issues, policy violations, or security risk.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDUSAM (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exam-related losses arising from use of EduSamachar CG.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Chhattisgarh, India.
